omg PayPal now available in Peru

Well… it’s shocking news to me since last time I checked they barely had presence in Latin America :kuma: I guess they’re feeling the pressure of Amazon running their own pilot version of this service. Amazon Honor System has been awesome in filling the gap Paypal kept over here (regarding “anonymous” transactions).
